Online Rent Payments
Never mail a check again! You can pay your rent online in one of two ways.
QuickBooks Payments
We send out an invoice on the 25th of each month. The invoice contains a "VIEW and PAY INVOICE" button. Just click on the button and you will be taken to QB payments where you can pay by ACH transfer.

If you need an invoice sent to pay with QB, send us an email request and we'll send one out to you.

You must have an email address to use these payment options!
Make sure we have your current email address where you would like to receive any and all communications regarding your rental. If you do not have an email address we encourage you to get one and let us know what it is so that you can start benefiting from this new enhanced service.

ACH Payments - FREE
We strongly urge you to use ACH Payments with QuickBooks as it is FREE to you.
Debit/Credit Cards - 3% of Payment​
Using a debit or credit card will cost 3% of the amount paid which we will bill separately.
You should only use debit/credit card payments when it is necessary for you to pay your rent timely to avoid incurring the late payment charges which are greater than the 3% fee!!
